More parking bans and street sweeping in Okotoks

The Town of Okotoks is on a roll with their street sweeping this week.

On top of the streets they have cleaned already this week, the Town will be tackling a few more streets on Wednesday, May 8.

The following streets will cleaned up on Wednesday, if the weather permits:

Clark Avenue from Okotoks Drive to Knight Street
Knight Street from Clark Avenue to Pacific Avenue
Pacific Avenue from Knight Street to Crescent Road East
Clark Avenue from Okotoks Drive to Knight Street
Woodhaven Drive from Southridge Drive to Woodbend Way
Drake Landing Drive from 32nd Street to Drake Landing Road 
Drake Landing Road from Drake Landing Drive to Milligan Drive

These streets will be under a parking ban from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to allow crews to clean the streets safely.

While streets are under a parking ban, the Town asks for all vehicles and other obstacles to be removed from the street.

Even though the public is encouraged to find alternative routes, other services, such as mail delivery, waste collection, and first responders will remain unaffected.
