A monumental third period comeback from the Okotoks Oilers Tuesday, April 2, was all for naught as the Brooks Bandits scored less than five minutes into overtime to win the game 6-5.

Down 5-2 with seven minutes to go, the Oilers got goals from Kyle Gordon on the power play, Quinn Olson and Ryan Grant with 36 seconds to go to send the game to overtime.

The Oilers now trail three games to one and have their work cut out for them to come back in the best of seven AJHL South Division final series.

They'll look to stay alive Friday, April 5, in game five in Brooks.

If they need a game six it'll be Sunday, April 7, back in Okotoks.
