Once again, the Bomber Command Museum in Nanton will be a focal point for Remembrance Day ceremonies Saturday, November 11.

Museum Director Karl Kjarsgaard says as time marches on the day becomes more than just the individual stories of those who fought or died, but a remembrance of what exactly their sacrifices have given us today.

"Every year that Canada is free. Every year that people go on with their lives without their nation being challenged or subjugated or enslaved, somebody paid for that."

Kjarsgaard says they'll start their services at the Cenotaph at the Museum at 10 o'clock, before moving across the parking lot to the Community Centre to finish the services indoors.

The Museum is open November 11th and 12th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
