The keys to the 2017 Stampede Lotteries Rotary Dream Home are now in the hands of its lucky new owner.

Nanton's Gary Wakelam was officially awarded his new home Thursday, November 30.

“As Albertans we have been supporting the Stampede Lotteries for years, because of the commitment it has to the community, plus it’s always  nice to dream about the possibly winning one day,” said Gary Wakelam.

Lynn Grant, 2017 chair of the Stampede Lotteries Committee thanked the Wakelam family and everyone who supports the Stampede Lotteries.

Proceeds from the lottery go directly back to our community and organizations that make a difference.
