High River gets to stand in for Saddlestring, Wyoming when film crews arrive in the town next month.

A letter from the producers of Joe Pickett say it's season one of the television program where Joe is the new Game Warden and he plans to tame the wild country where violence and corruption run rampant while facing the challenge of not becoming corrupt himself.

The show is based on a series of books by C.J. Box.

Filming will take place at the former Hub Fitness on MacLeod Trail starting in mid-May and running sporadically through to September.

The letter thanks residents in advance for their patience and understanding.
