A much better night for Jason Glass of High River at the Grande Prairie Stompede.

Spokesperson Billy Melville says the track conditions were a little slow, and it became the great equalizer as it tightened up the overall leaderboard.

When the nightly times were calculated, it was two-time Grande Prairie Stompede Champion Jason Glass who ended up with the top time of the night with a penalty free run of 1:19.47.

The run moves Glass up to 13th in the standings with Okotoks Mark Sutherland now in 7th, Dayton Sutherland in 32 and Jordie Fike in 29th.
