The intersection of 1st Street and 5th Avenue SE in High River is closed this week.
ATCO Gas is busy installing services for the new buildings being built on the corner of 1st St. and 5th Ave. SE.
The back lane will also be closed to traffic soon, as shallow utility work is being done.
It is anticipated that the work will be completed by Friday, but it could stretch out to Monday, Nov. 20
Detours and signage are in place.
