Turner Valley Mayor Kelly Tuck and some of her council colleagues spent a little time at the oil sands in Fort McMurray this spring.
They were taking part in workshops on dealing with big industry and remediation projects.
Tuck says they were kept busy.
Tuck says seeing some of the reclamation work that's been done was amazing.
