The Okotoks Oilers made their first move over the weekend freeing up a spot in between the pipes.

20 year old goaltender Brian Wilson has been dealt to the Powell River Kings of the BCHL for future considerations.

The Pickering Ontario native played 18 games in an Oiler uniform notching a 9-8-1 record with a 2.97 GAA and .900 save percentage with one shutout.

With the move the Oilers will have a goaltending battle for the second slot on the depth chart behind AJHL Goalie of the Year candidate Riley Morris when they open up camp later this month.
