Canada sqeaked out another win at the Paralympic Games in Rio Thursday in wheelchair rugby.

Trevor Hirschfield scored the winning goal with 0.9 seconds left in the first overtime as Canada defeated Great Britain 50-49 and secured a spot in the semifinals.

Zak Madell of Okotoks led Canada with 30 goals.

The Canadians improved to 2-and-0 and close out the preliminary round Friday night against Australia.
