Yet another local has added to Team Alberta's medal tally at the Western Canada Summer Games.

The lone Foothills medalist on Tuesday was Turner Valley's Isaac Niles, who took home bronze in then male Mountain Bike competition.

Niles is the third local to medal so far at the games, along with Okotoks' Jessica Helm, who has gold medals in the female 200m, 400m and 1500m wheelchair, and Okotoks gymnasts Amanda Keegan and Jordyn Bahr, who landed bronze medals on Monday.

Two more locals are in action Wednesday, as Okotoks' Danny Donnelly and Turner Valley's Jacob Libbus, both products of the Okotoks Dawgs Academy, hit the baseball field with team Alberta for their first two games against Team Manitoba and Team Saskatchewan.

The Western Canada Summer Games run in Wood Buffalo until Sunday.
