The Strathmore Wheatland Kings gave it their best, but in the end came up just short losing 5-4 in overtime Monday night to the Cochrane Generals.

The win gives the Generals the series sweep as they'll now await the winner of the Okotoks Bisons vs Coaldale Copperheads series.

The Copperheads lead the best of seven Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League South Division semi-final series two games to one.

Game four goes Tuesday night in Coaldale.
