The Highwood Mustangs senior girls have been sent packing from the 3A Zones basketball tournament in High River.

They fell 55-52 to the Cochrane Cobras in their match-up Thursday afternoon.

The Zone finals go Friday, March 10 at 7 o'clock at the Highwood Gym with the Strathmore Spartans and Bert Church Chargers squaring off.

The Bronze medal final goes Saturday, March 11 at 10 A.M.

Out in Okotoks it was the Foothills Falcons senior boys and girls teams taking both the 4A Zone titles with wins over the Holy Trinity Academy Knights.

Both Falcons squads are off to Provincials starting Thursday, March 16 in Lethbridge.
