Okay, the health kick continues in order to help with staying off processed white sugar for lent.

Now with Jody's mishap with yogurt the other morning it got me thinking about a healthy snack with coconut yogurt and I stumbled across this online.

Crunchy Yogurt Snaps...sounds yummy doesn't it.

Ingredients:

-400 g coconut yogurt

-3/4 cup granola

-1 tbsp berries (blueberries or blackberries for me!)

-1 tbsp coconut flakes

-1 tbsp crushed nuts

-2 tsp raw cacao nibs (not cocoa...cocoa has added sugar)

Instructions:

-line a baking sheet with parchment paper

-pour in the coconut yogurt and top with the other ingredients

-freeze for 30-60 mins and then snap into bite sized pieces

-dig in!
