Vehicles will be parked all over downtown High River and beyond in a little over a week.

The 13th annual Show and Shine is all set and ready to go.

President of river City Classics, Jeff Langford says this year there'll be a whole section of motorcycles, which they haven't really done before.

"This year we've got a separate bike section that we're going to do, organized by SNAPS, because they do their poker run every year, so out numbers should be up from previous year, like I say, weather permitting," Langford says. "We've also got some exotic car groups that are going to bring in some high end cars, brand new Lambourginis and stuff like that are going to rolling into town."

He says they've received a great deal of cooperation from the town and crews doing work on the roads downtown and will be using the area where the railway tracks used to be to make sure all the vehicles have a spot.

"We did that last year and we'll probably utilize that well this year and then we've got some other parking lots and parking areas and if worse comes to worse we'll cede into too, so we should be good for spaces," he says.

The group has also encouraged downtown businesses to be open on that date so they can showcase how they've come back since the flood.

The Show and Shine goes Sun. September 27.
