Radio personality, Stephanie Hopf, shows Grade 6 to 8 students how to use an iPad to play music when she's not in the Sun Country 99.7 studio.

Students at Senator Riley got a chance to start thinking about future careers today.

It was career day at the school, where many local employees came in to talk about what life is like after school.

Kieran Burn is a student at Senator Riley and says he learned one very important thing about having a career.

"That some jobs are really hard to do!" he says.

During career day, students split up into different classes who had different employees speak to them about their jobs.

Burn was in the "radio" classroom, where he learned all about journalism and the radio-industry.

He says he would "maybe" consider going into radio, but his big career goal is to one day play for the Calgary Stampeders.
