High River Council holds its last regular meeting before the summer schedule Monday afternoon.

Council will get an update on activities at the Museum of the Highwood including the just-opened Visitor Information Centre and their storage centre

Staff Sergeant Robin Alexander will also be on hand to present the RCMP's Annual Performance Plan

The plan sets out priorities for the coming year for police.

Council will also get a status report on the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex and the Master Recreation Facility and Programming Plan.

The plan spells out what the town already has in comparison to other communities of its size and what citizens want to see in the future.

Council's also being asked to support a request for funding from the Community Facility Enhancement Program to pave part of the Happy Trail as part of a Canada 150 Legacy Project.

Council will also get a presentation from a man who wants to see the Wallaceville area used as an RV park.

The meeting gets underway at 3 p.m. Monday afternoon.
