The snow and cold may have some looking forward to camping season and now's the time to look into making those reservations.

Parks Canada is now taking booking for some sites, like those in BC, and Alberta parks will begin accepting reservations next week.

Jasper National Park will be the first national site in Alberta accepting reservations on Jan. 9.

The bookings are being taken for visits from April this year through to March 2019.

Reservations can be made by calling 1-877-RESERVE (737-3783) or online by clicking here.
