A sure sign of growth is new business coming to town and now Papa's in High River.

Papa John's did a soft open last Thursday and Operations Director Joe Mabee says it was an easy decision to come to High River.

Our company is looking to continuing to put restaurants in locations and communities that are thriving in business areas and are looking for a top quality product. We pride ourselves on quality, our slogan is better ingredients better pizza. High River with the populastion growth and development we thought it would be time."

He says they'll have an official ribbon cutting by the mayor and grand opening on Saturday July 9 at 11:30 am with lots of food and prizes for everyone.

High River Student Tristan Tooze says it's the best pizza in town and it fits his budget perfectly.

"It's in the middle, it's not too expensive and not too cheap, it's really good quality."

General Manager of the new location Kyle Zhang says he's glad to be here.

"I just want to say it's my pleasure to be a part of High River and it's a really great community the people welcome me with welcome arms. I've met a lot of wonderful people that give me a lot of support. I really appreciate it."
