From cupcake workshops to Zumba to multi sport exercises classes for youth there is something always going on.

You can find out the where, when, how and how much it will cost in the new Parks, Recreations and Community Program Guide that recently hit the streets in High River

Recreation Administration and Programming Supervisor Tracy Morgan says there are lots of new classes being offered this fall.

"It offers all sorts of information on swimming lessons,"said Morgan. "Along with community programs that we offer and different outdoor parks and playgrounds throughout High River."

There are adult wellness programs for people that can help people with health issues like diabetes and chronic joint pain.

It has adult wellness classes, dance classes, yoga classes, taste of India cooking classes, photography classes and even a class to quit smoking.
