High River's Medicine Tree Manor should be ready for occupancy in late November or early December this year.

Lauren Ingalls, CEO with the Westwinds Foundation says they'll have an open house in their office February 8.

"It's a great opportunity for seniors who are interested in the facility to gather some information on the facility, we'll have some hand outs on the services, pricing and the kinds of rooms that we'll have, because it'll be featuring studios, one and two bedroom suites for rentals," she says. "In addition I'll tell them a little about the meal program, the recreation program and seniors who leave us their information we'll follow up in July as we start renting the suites."

She says then they'll be able to go through show suites and secure their suite rentals for move-in in late November or early December.

The open house will be held at Westwinds corporate office at 833 - 9 Street Southwest from 3 to 5 p.m.
