Before you send the kids trick or treating on Monday, October 31, bring them by the Bob Snodgrass Rrecreation Complex in High River for the Town's first ever "Parade of Costumes."

The Town's Recreation Community Programmer, Iva Woodward says they thought it would be a good change from the haunted maze they've usually held at Sheppard Family Park.

"This year we thought we'd do something that was more recreation based, more along the path of well being. So, we thought let's think of something new for Halloween, something different that hasn't been done before in High River."

For $2 the kids can show off their Halloween costumes and have hot chocolate and hot dogs and of course there's prizes for best costume.

It runs from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M.
