Extended hours are back at the Foothills Regional Landfill  and Resource Recovery Centre starting Monday, May 7th and continuing through to Thursday, June 7th, 2018.

Monday to Thursday, the Landfill is open 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to accommodate the increased volume of traffic at this time of year.

Friday to Saturday they are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The extended hours is to accommodate the smaller residential loads, leaf and yard waste and recycling.

The main tipping face of the land fill will be closed at 4:30 p.m.and large commercial loads are not accepted after 4:30 p.m.
