The High River Vital Signs survey is down to its last few days.

Kalie Mosig with Our High River, says the idea behind the survey is to find out where residents are at when it comes to the community.

"The purpose of Vital Signs in our community is just to get a really good understanding of where our community stands on a variety of different topics, " she says. "It's more of a check-up just to give us some baseline information to see where we stand on things like connection, our environment, life long learning, there's eight topics in total, just so we can better understand the quality of life here in high river."

She says they'll compile the data and add to it with other service providers in the community and put that into a report that'll be released in the fall.

"From there, there's also other opportunities to participate in Vital Signs throughout the rest of the year, so there will be the Community Cafes that Our High River typically puts on, will fall under the Vital Conversations that belong as part of the project as well there's other projects that you can continue to be involved in that will focus more specifically on the results that come out of this survey and the report," Mosig says.

The deadline to fill out the online survey is Friday June 24, and there are still a few paper copies at the Town Office, FCSS and the Library.
