Claresholm RCMP and the Southern Alberta Crime Reduction Team launched a crackdown on crime Thursday, November 21, executing a handful of outstanding arrest warrants.

In all four people were brought in, including three men and a woman.

One of the men, was wanted for driving without insurance.

Another was arrested for breach of recognizance and is facing new charges of breaching his parole.

A female young offender was brought in on charges of failing to comply with an undertaking and possession of crystal meth and cannabis.

While the last man, a 22 year old from Claresholm, was caught during a traffic stop, where officers found he had warrants out on charges of forcible confinement, causing unnecessary injury to animals and failure to appear.
