There'll be an election in Black Diamond for Mayor but they're still looking for candidates for the six council spots.

Ruth Goodwin and Mike Ross have put their names forward on the ballot for Mayor.

Ted Bain, Sharon Hart, Daryl Lalonde, Brian Marconi and Jackie Stickel have been nominated for council, but they need at least one more candidate to come forward.

Nominations resume at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning and close at noon.
