Plenty of notice for when candidates for mayor and town councillor positions in High River will go before the public.

The Chamber of Commerce has set the dates for municipal election forums.

The mayor's forum will be held October 2, 2017 with candidates for council following the next night, October 3.

Nomination day is set for September 18 with the election set for October 16.
