The Alberta budget features stable funding for hospitals, schools and social services and will reverse cuts to frontline services.

At the same time, Finance Minister Joe Ceci says they'll be asking profitable corporations to pay their fair share.

The 15 per cent increase to the capital plan puts $4.5 billion towards fixing roads, building schools and expanding hospitals across Alberta.

There's also a new two-year job creation incentive program providing businesses with grants of up to $5,000 for each new job to support up to 27,000 new jobs each year.

The government is also putting up $45 million annually to lessen the weight of school fees beginning in 2016.

Minister Ceci says the government's projecting a deficit of $6.1-billion in 2015-2016 and $5.4 billion in 2016-2017.

He says they'll balance the budget in 2019-2020.
