Two Okotoks Oilers players are coming home with gold medals around their necks.

Forward Dylan Holloway and defenceman Jacob Bernard-Docker both helped Team Canada West beat the Americans 5-1 in the gold medal final at the World Junior "A" Hockey Challenge in Truro, Nova Scotia Sunday, December 17.

Holloway scored the game's final goal 7:08 into the third period.

It's the fifth time Team Canada West has won gold at the tournament since it first started back in 2006.
