The Highwood Mustangs girls basketball squad had to settle for silver at their home tournament over the weekend.

The Mustangs got by the number seven ranked Cochrane Cobras 67-41 in the semi finals, but fell short in the final against the number four ranked McCoy Colts out of Medicine Hat, losing 69-39.

The girls are at Strathcona-Tweedsmuir Wednesday, February 13, and then off to Beaumont for a tournament this coming weekend.
