In a statement from the AJHL, Oilers Head Coach and General Manager, Tyler Deis, had high praise for Kindrachuk.

“Zane makes his entire line better and helps them strive to be at their best on every shift of the game,” he says. “Whether it’s a key situation in the offensive or defensive zone, power play, penalty kill, or at any vital moment, Zane has the confidence and skills to help us through any scenario. We know he’s going to do the same for Niagara when he steps onto campus and puts on that NCAA jersey for the first time.”

“I couldn't be more excited and grateful to commit to Niagara,’ he says. “I'm fortunate to get the opportunity to play college hockey while working towards my Business Degree. I can't thank my support group enough for all they've done for me in my hockey career, from my family to my billet family, coaches, teammates and the entire Oilers organization.”
