The Okotoks Dawgs overcame a 4-0 deficit to get by the Fort McMurray Giants 5-4 Sunday afternoon in Western Major Baseball League action.

Dawgs starter Chris Horvath, worked seven strong innings allowing four runs on six hits before giving way to the bullpen.

Tyler Burdett came on in the ninth to earn his third save of the year.

With the win the Dawgs run theuir record to 6-and-2.

The Dawgs are back home to face the Lethbridge Bulls Tuesday night at Seaman Stadium.
