Former Okotoks Dawgs catcher, Jodan Procyshen is heading back to the big leagues.

Procyshen signed a deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers after becoming a free agent in 2018.

Originally drafted by the Boston Red Sox back in 2014, he spent the better part of five years kicking around with their minor league affiliates, most recently the "AA" Portland Seadogs.

Since becoming a free agent in 2018, Procyshen has been training and coaching full time with the Dawgs Academy.

He heads to spring training at the Dodgers facilities in Arizona starting Sunday, January 20.
