The final 40 U-18 players who'll represent Alberta in the Football Canada Cup this summer in Nova Scotia have been announced.

These players will get together again in July and head for Acadia University to compete against seven other Provincial Teams.

Among those making the cut are receivers Payton Burbank and Payton Price along with defensive back Seth Nelson, all from the Foothills Composite Falcons in Okotoks.

Burbank should be a stand-out with the squad as he was easily the MVP of the Big Rock Football League in his Grade 10 season with the Falcons last year.

He along with High River's keaton Neish and Parker Nakamura from the HTA Knights were all in Texas in January for the International Bowl as well.

Alberta has won six National Championships at the Football Canada Cup and finished fourth overall last year.
