Town should clear snow by 8 am

The Town of High River is ready to clean off the snow from downtown sidewalks by 8 a.m.

With about 2 to 4 cm of the white stuff expected tonight Tuesday Dec. 13 you can be assured the downtown sidewalks, including handicap parking stalls, will be cleared.

It's a commitment the town has made, however business owners are responsible for clearing the snow after that.

And also, a reminder that the town is always looking for 'Snow Angel' volunteers to help those in our community shovel their sidewalks and driveways.
