Jean Quigley's Okotoks rink gave herself a shot at playoffs Thursday at the Provincial Masters Curling Playdowns in High River.

She moved to 1-and-3 in the round robin with a 9-4 win over Grande Prairie's Jean These.

Quigley will have to win her final three games, and hope for some help to make the final four.

She'll start Friday morning at 11:30 against Edmonton's Carolyn Morris and then take on Spruce Grove's Shirley Tucker in the 6 P.M. draw.

On the men's side four teams are tied for the lead with 3-and-1 records.

Grande Prairie's Colin Griffith, Calgary's Ed Lukowich, Edmonton's Keith Morgan and Don Scheidegger from Lethbridge.

The men are up in the early draw and again at 2:45 Friday afternoon.
