A dump of heavy snow made for slow going on Southern Alberta roadways this morning.

Those commuting north out of Okotoks were held up by a semi-truck that had jackknifed into the median between Okotoks and Calgary.

The northbound lefthand lane of Deerfoot Trail was blocked right at the Dunbow Road overpass.

The snowfall warning that had been in place for two days came to an end at 8:25 a.m. this morning, but more snow is on the way.

It's expected to start again tonight and continue into Saturday, though it won't be nearly as much as we've seen in the last few days.
