The Holy Trinity Academy Knights will look to feed off of their win in Canmore tuesday and get their 3rd win of season at home to Medicine Hat High School Friday night.

With the Big Rock Football Conference playoffs just weeks away, Head Coach Matt Hassett says this will be a big test for the Knights and a sedimental game for him.

"It's going to be a good game," he says. "I grew up in Medicine Hat so that was kind of my big rivalry with the catholic school McCoy High School playing Med Hat, so I really don't want to lose to them, I know their coach quite well and I told my guys that's like Comp/HTA rivalry."

When asked Hassett said there isn't many kinks in the armour when facing Med Hat.

"They're a good team, right now they're undefeated, they're ranked in the top 10 provincially," he says. "So it's going to be an excellent challenge for us, they look like they try to mix it up run and pass so they're just a strong team."

The Knight's coach says they won't be able to get away with much on the gridiron Friday.

We have to play at a high level, not to the level of our competition," Hassett says. "I think that's been our problem, we've been on a bit of a roller coaster and we have to be consistent, we're not a team that can get behind the 8-ball or make a lot of mistakes."

Kick-off goes at 6 p.m. at Knight's Field.
