Smack dab in the middle of week 4 for the Community Wellness Challenge in High River.  Being sick last week didn't help my personal points but thankfully my team (Peanut Butter Jelly Time) had a better week than I.  We are loving encouraging eachother and having fun.  If you haven't registered yet there is still time! Pop by the High River Library for more info and to register.

This week we learned more about walking poles.  They can give you a feeling of security, balance and confidence.  They do more than you expect.  If you missed the info session on Tuesday night you can find more at the library and even sign some out for your walking adventures with your library card.
