Housing prices were up again last month from February of 2022.
According to the Calgary Real Estate Board, the benchmark price for a home in Calgary was up 1.5 per cent to $530,900.
Okotoks was even a little higher at $555,000, a jump of 3.2 per cent from a year ago.
High River's benchmark price was $419,900, an increase of 6.5 per cent.
Strathmore was a relative bargain at $386,900, a three per cent hike over a year ago.
Okotoks saw 45 homes sell last month a drop of almost half from the year before, while 17 homes changed hands in High River, also down by almost half of the February 2022 total.
