The High River RCMP conducted a police operation in Southeast High River on Thursday morning.

There was a heavy police presence in the 600 block of 6th Street SE.

The RCMP was asking you to avoid the area and not post any photos or actions of the police on social media.

The RCMP will release more information once it's available.
