High River council has settled on the question it'll ask voters in a plebiscite alongside this fall's municipal election.

The question is: Do you support the Town borrowing $15,000,000 to expand the existing pool facility?

Mayor Craig Snodgrass says the Town will use every means it can to get information on potential designs and the direct cost to taxpayers so they have all the facts before voting.

The mayor says the vote will not be binding, believing the final decision should rest with town council.
