The Calgary Flames had their two game winning streak snapped thanks to a 2-1 loss to the Arizona Coyotes Thursday night at the Dome.

Flames Centre Matt Stajan admits they came up short against a tough Coyotes team and have to turn it around fast.

"We had our chances, but they were just more opportunistic. It was one of those game where they just sat back and clogged everything, that's the way they play. We knew that, and those are games where you've got to find a way. It wasn't good enough, we fell short and have to find a way to bounce back after a few days off here."

Johnny Gaudreau, with his 18th of the season, was the Flames lone goal scorer.

They host the San Jose Sharks Monday.
