High River fire crews were kept busy in the heat Monday.

They responded to three motor vehicle accidents all of which were deemed fender benders that tied up traffic more than anything.

There were no injuries.

Fire Chief Cody Zebedee says two were in town, one at Centre Street and 10 Avenue and the other at 5 Street and 12 Avenue.

The other was on Highway 2 at 594 Avenue south of the town.

He says so far, they haven't been called to deal with any heat related issues.
