Diamond Valley's Municipal Enforcement complaint line has some new changes in place.

Though the number will remain the same, complaint calls will now go through the Foothills Regional Emergency Services Centre.

The line will be available 24/7, with dispatchers forwarding information to the next available officer.

The town advises that dispatchers cannot provide advice on bylaw matters, and answers to complaint calls may be delayed, as the Foothills Regional Emergency Services Centre is a 911 call centre.

This change to the service comes at no cost to the town.

More information can be found on the town's website.
