The Okotoks Dawgs got back into the win column with an 11-1 shellacking of the Mavericks Tuesday, August 6 in Medicine Hat.

The win snaps a three game losing streak for the Dawgs.

The Dawgs and Mavericks wind up the WCBL regular season Wednesday, August 7, back in Okotoks.

The Dawgs then launch straight into the playoffs Thursday, August 8, in Okotoks, as they open their best of three opening round series against the Edmonton Prospects.

Game two is in Edmonton Friday, August 9, with game three if needed back in Okotoks Saturday, August 10.
