Plans for expansion of High River's Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex have taken a small step forward.
Council's agreed to give the rec board 25-thousand dollars for hire a consultant to put together a business plan.
Luther Doherty says council needs have an idea where the project is headed.
He wanted to set a target date for sod-turning of September 1st of next year.
But some councillors and the mayor were concerned it night appear they'd given the project approval before knowing the true costs.
They compromised and set a target of the end of 2007.
