The popular Bar U Ranch National Historic Site is open again.

Visitors can take in the newest addition to the visitor centre, the Roland Gissing Gallery.

His work can be found in the collections of Queen Elizabeth II, Glenbow Museum, and the Alberta Foundation for the Arts.

You can view Gissing’s custom saddle, sketchbooks, and other personal effects on display.

The rich history of the Stoney Nakoda will again be featured with their tipi.

There is a long standing relationship between foothills ranches and the Bearspaw Nation of the Stoney Nakoda.

As usual there are the regular wagon rides and the visitors can take in the sights from the Pekisko Trail.
