Last year, the Lethbridge Ag Expo and the North American Seed Fair Celebrated it's 120th years.

The show is coming up again at the end of the month Wednesday, February 28 to Friday, March 2 at Exhibition Park.

Marketing Manager for Lethbridge and District Exhibition, Doug Kryzanowski, says they're one of two or three shows left in North America with a Seed Fair presentation.

"Each year, we sit back and say, how many samples can we get? To date as we speak, we've got over 100 seed samples now which is phenomenal, but the committee has worked really hard on making this more aware, because we don't want the Seed Fair to go away."

Kryzanowski says, the samples are judged accordingly over a number of categories, and winners will be announced over Ag Expo and the Seed Fair week.

The Ag Expo also features a Machinery Road outside, which showcases larger equipment over 150,000 square feet of space.

"Ag Expo is one of the four bigger shows in Western Canada with over 350 exhibitors, and we're packed right to the walls."

He says, the five year show attendance average is 20,000 for the full three days.
