A 46-year-old Calgary man faces charges after a series of rural break and enters.
Strathmore RCMP responded to multiple reports of break-ins and and thefts from rural locations in the Strathmore area between August 17 and August 26.
Fuel, tools and copper wire were some of the items stolen.
Strathmore RCMP, Sunday arrested Donald Macaulay of Calgary.
He faces four counts of break, enter and theft....two counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000, possession of stolen property over $5,000, possession of break-in tools, theft and mischief.
RCMP say Macaulay has an extensive criminal record and was remanded into custody.
He'll be back in court Friday Sept., 2, 2016.
